Design Hotel in Mestre near public transport
The Legrenzi Rooms, next door to what will become the Museum of the 20th Century or M9, is situated in Mestre’s pedestrian precinct just a stone’s throw away from Piazza Ferretto that is close to the Tonioli Theatre.
Its location means that guests will not need to use their cars to go anywhere and will be able to get around on foot or by bicycle (there are approximately 100km of cycle tracks) or use the nearby public transport network to get to Venice which is only 7km away. Venice can be reached by taking routes 7 or ‘Venezia’ that operate around the clock and run every 10 minute from the bus stop that is just 50 metres away from the hotel. The journey time is approximately 15 minutes.
By Plane
Venice’s “Marco Polo” airport is 15km from the Hotel. The Hotel is only a few minutes away by Taxi or by bus, taking route 15 that stops close to the Hotel. Guests arriving at Treviso’s “Marconi Airport” can take the special bus service that goes to Venezia – Mestre railway station.
By Train
Venezia-Mestre railway station is 1.5 km away. The hotel can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot or by taking bus routes 1, 9 and 31.
Driving
Turn off Mestre’s tangenziale (ring road) at the exit for Via Miranese. From there follow the signs for Mestre town centre and very soon you will arrive at Piazza Donatori di Sangue.
